INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORDERING SPARE PARTS
- Locate the name of the machine that you need a spare part for.
- When you click on “Order Form” an Excel spreadsheet will open in a separate window in which you can complete your order.
- If you wish to view a drawing of the part, you may click on a drawing and a PDF file (Adobe Reader download available below) will open in a separate window for ease in visualizing the parts you require.
- You may view both the order form and the drawing, by returning to this webpage and making your choice as described above.
- To place an order, simply fill in the blanks in the highlighted areas with your name, company’s name, date, etc.
- Enter the quantity of the part you need in the appropriate column. The total price will automatically be carried to the “total” column, as well as the “TOTAL PARTS PRICE” space.
- You may then email it to us by clicking on “file” while in the spreadsheet and “save as”. Save to your desktop, or any other folder of your choosing. Email as an attachment to our parts department. A confirmation of your order, along with shipping costs, will be sent to you shortly.
- You also have the option of printing the order form and faxing to us at (614) 294-1633.
